Aisling O'Sullivan, more popularly than her stage title Aisling Bea (born March 16, 1984), is an Irish actor, writer and comedian. Bea was first able to make a name for herself in stand-up comedy in 2011, following small parts she played for Irish and British television dramas from 2009. She was already regularly being featured on sketch comedy programs and sitcoms. When she was awarded an award from the Edinburgh Comedy Awards in 2011, she became a regular on various panels, and is now a staple.
