Aisling Bea

Aisling B a, born 16 March 1984 in Kildare Ireland. The comedian has appeared on QI alongside Stephen Fry. Aisling O'Sullivan, more popularly than her stage title Aisling Bea (born March 16, 1984), is an Irish actor, writer and comedian. Bea was first able to make a name for herself in stand-up comedy in 2011, following small parts she played for Irish and British television dramas from 2009. She was already regularly being featured on sketch comedy programs and sitcoms. When she was awarded an award from the Edinburgh Comedy Awards in 2011, she became a regular on various panels, and is now a staple. She's a member of 8 Out of 10 Cats since the year 2016 and is an extremely popular contestant on the show's sequel 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. Her parents were Brian O'Sullivan and Helen O'Sullivan. Sinead is her sister-in-law. She became only the second female to be a winner of the show So You Think You're Funny in the year 2012. Bea was given to her to honor her father. Aisling O'Sullivan, also referred to as Cliodhnadh Aisling, was born at Kildare town in County Kildare. Bea's father Brian, an equine vet who took his own life at the age of three when Bea turned three, was the sufferer of self-harm. Bea was informed of his death only at the age of thirteen. Bea adopted the stage name Bea as a tribute to her father and wrote an article for The Guardian in 2017 about her family's experience of suicide. Bea's mom Helen She is a jockey-trainer and former pro jockey was responsible for the care of her daughter as well as Sinead. They were obsessed with racing as well as horses. Bea spent her childhood as a tour guide for the Irish National Stud. From the age of a child, Bea knew that she didn't want the racing industry. Instead she loved the artistic arts.
